A guest needs to understand the answer and what happens next. If your hotel handles questions in Hindi and English, test both the wording and the request workflow before choosing a guest-messaging setup.
Keep hotel information consistent
Prepare a short set of questions using information your hotel has approved. Include details that matter to guests, such as breakfast hours or how to contact the front desk. Ask Hindi-speaking staff to review the meaning, names and numbers in each answer.
Test complete questions rather than only a language selector or greeting. One good response does not establish that the rest of the conversation is supported.
Separate an answer from a service request
A question about breakfast needs the hotel's information. A towel request needs someone on the team to act. In either language, the guest should understand whether a request has been recorded, whether staff have accepted it and whether the service is confirmed.
Only show a status that the workflow can establish. Staff remain responsible for arranging and confirming the actual service.
What the current Korimaa demo shows
The website demo includes Hindi responses for some guest requests. Its illustrative towel-request flow can show a Hindi acknowledgement while making clear that staff confirmation is still pending.
Language coverage is not complete. Some answers, including the demo's breakfast response, are still in English. The demonstration is not a live hotel deployment or proof that every Hindi conversation is supported.
Check these points with your team
- Does each answer use your hotel's approved information?
- Does the wording preserve the guest's request in both languages?
- Can the guest tell what is still waiting on staff?
- Is the route to human help clear?
- Which answers and request flows still need language work?
Record the gaps before agreeing on the scope for your property. Review the staff side as well as the guest's messages.
See the wider guest workflow
Korimaa's current scope covers hotel-approved FAQs, guest requests and menu-order requests routed to hotel staff, guest feedback and human help. There is no PMS integration today.
For a demo conversation about your hotel, bring the questions and requests your team handles most often. Use them to agree on the actual scope and the checks needed before activation.
