Service scope
Korimaa's published scope is hotel-approved WhatsApp FAQs, guest requests and menu-order requests routed to hotel staff, guest feedback and access to human help. Hotel staff arrange and confirm the services requested by guests. There is no PMS integration today.
Published price
The published price is ₹9,000/month + GST for a hotel with up to 150 rooms, with a 14-day free trial. Pricing for properties above 150 rooms is custom.
Starting a paid service
The free trial becomes a paid service only after the hotel agrees. Setup, billing, cancellation and data-handling terms are confirmed before activation.
Enquiries and personal data
A website enquiry or demo request does not itself confirm a hotel booking, service fulfilment or payment. For information about personal data, read the Privacy Policy.

Illustrative demos show example conversations and workflow states. They are not evidence of a live hotel deployment or confirmation that an actual hotel service has been arranged.
