A guest sees one reply. Behind it, every message is sorted by how much it needs a person, so your staff only hear about what's theirs to do.
Every message goes into one of three lanes
Quiet. Questions answered: Wi-Fi, breakfast, timings, policies, directions. They're logged for the morning digest, and nobody's phone makes a sound.
Queued. Requests routed: towels to housekeeping, food to the kitchen, the AC to maintenance, a taxi to the concierge desk. If a team doesn't acknowledge a request in time, it escalates on its own.
Loud. A complaint, a safety issue, a guest asking for a person, or Korimaa failing to answer twice in a row. The duty manager is alerted with the full thread.
Where your team sees requests
Your staff receive guest requests in a Korimaa web dashboard. Each team sees its own queue, and the requests arrive in it already sorted. Your teams and their queues are set up with you during onboarding, in the same pass as testing.
What Korimaa won't do on its own
It can answer from your hotel's information, take a request, take an enquiry, start a check-in, or fetch a human. Anything outside that goes to your team instead of becoming an invented answer.
No payment is possible in the chat. Settlement stays at your desk, by card, UPI or cash.
Getting set up
You hand over what your desk already knows: rooms, menus, timings, policies and local recommendations. Usually that's one call and a folder. We train Korimaa on your property and test it with you until the answers sound like your hotel. We review WhatsApp account and number eligibility, then agree the setup timeline and launch plan with you.
See it on your property
Fifteen minutes, most of it you testing Korimaa against your own guests' questions. Book a demo, or write to founders@korimaa.com.
