Information may come from website, email, phone, WhatsApp, or LinkedIn enquiries; authenticated user-authorized LinkedIn data limited to permissions LinkedIn grants; public professional or business information from permitted public sources; hotel guest information under the hotel's instructions; and technical/analytics data such as device, browser, and website-use data.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve services, respond to requests, operate integrations, communicate with you, keep services secure, and comply with law. Depending on the context, processing is based on consent or user authorization where applicable; to respond to a request or take steps to provide requested services; to perform service agreements; under hotel instructions backed by the hotel's responsibility to provide notice or authorization; and for other uses permitted by applicable law.
LinkedIn integration
We access LinkedIn data only after you authorize the integration and only within the permissions LinkedIn grants. You can disconnect Korimaa through LinkedIn. You may also request that we delete LinkedIn data we hold by emailing founders@korimaa.com.
Hotel and WhatsApp services
When Korimaa provides hotel guest services, the hotel decides why and how guest data is used. Korimaa acts as a service provider under the hotel's instructions. We may process messages and related guest-service information to deliver the requested service.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies where needed for website operation and measurement. Google Analytics helps us understand aggregated website use; you can manage cookies through your browser settings.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to provide services, comply with law, or protect rights and safety. Where applicable, service-provider categories may include hosting, analytics, official WhatsApp/Meta infrastructure, AI and media generation, database storage, and notification delivery. Korimaa does not sell your personal data.
